Motivation

The weakest motivation is money. People and businesses that are motivated only by money are not successful in the long term. A primary cause of failure is motivation based on money. The scale of motivation from the highest to the lowest is thus duty, followed by personal conviction and personal gain and lastly, money. Money is important in the world. But it functions only as grease on the machinery, rather than the motor. In a society which has lost its patriotism and pride, money will be found as primary motivation. True, one is in trouble without money and it is shameful in the eyes of the society to be without it. Money is a tool, a MEANS of getting something done, but it is not a valid end in itself.
