What data we process
When you submit an inquiry, we process your name, email address, message, and any information you provide voluntarily. For orders, we require the client's details, billing address, names of participants, the selected seminar, the amount, and payment status. For security purposes, we log technical events and pseudonymized network address data.
Purpose and Legal Basis
We respond to inquiries based on pre-contractual measures or a legitimate interest in business communication. We process orders for the purpose of concluding and executing a contract. Accounting data is retained to comply with legal obligations, while security-related data is kept based on a legitimate interest in protecting the website. Submitting the form does not constitute a subscription to marketing communications.
Recipients and Retention
Access is granted to authorized PSD personnel and contracted service providers—including those for hosting, email, and technical support—to the extent necessary for the provision of services. Processing notifications are sent to info@psd.si and to the authorized technical support contact at janko@pm.si. Data from inquiries is retained until the matter is resolved and subsequently for a maximum of two years, unless a longer retention period is required for legal claims. Data regarding orders and accounting is retained in accordance with statutory retention periods. Security logs are kept for a maximum of 90 days.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction, deletion, or restriction of the processing of your data, as well as data portability, provided that the relevant conditions are met. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Please send your request to info@psd.si. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
Cookies
We use a necessary session cookie for form security, administrative login, and the order process. We do not use advertising or analytical cookies. Links to external websites are subject to their own privacy policies.
The psd_session cookie links forms, sign-in and checkout to your session and lasts until the browser session ends.
The psd_cookie_notice cookie remembers for 180 days that you dismissed the cookie notice. You can reopen it using the Cookies link in the footer.
When you choose card payment, secure PayPal fields load to process and protect your payment. PayPal processes card details and may use fraud prevention technologies. PSD does not store card details. If you choose a PayPal account, we redirect you to its website. PayPal processing is subject to its privacy and cookie policies.
