Sales

Want to repeat today’s sales success tomorrow?

If you had strong sales today, you have two options. You can hope that tomorrow will be the same—or you can start to understand why it worked today. Companies very quickly look for solutions within systems: a new script, a new CRM, a new sales process, a new funnel, or a new strategy. All of these can be important. But a CRM doesn’t make sales—people do. If you want to replicate yesterday’s results, you must first invest in the people who need to create them again. Invest in their knowledge, their communication skills, their understanding of the customer, and their ability to handle objections. And, above all, in their ability to close sales. This is where BE • DO • HAVE begins.

Who must a salesperson BE in order to execute a sales strategy? What is their communication like? Can they build rapport? Can they create a shared reality with the customer? Can they remain stable when the customer says NO? Without this, you could lay the best sales strategy in the world on the table—but it will remain nothing more than a piece of paper.

Only then comes the question: What must a person *do*? Who should they contact? How should they conduct a conversation? How should they ask questions? How should they present a solution? How should they handle objections? How should they close the deal? This is where processes, scripts, CRM systems, and sales frameworks come into play. They are important—but they come only after the *being-ness* (the mindset and state of being) of the person who has to execute them.

And only at the end do we get the result: a sale, a customer, a repeat order, a referral, growth. That is why the BE • DO • HAVE model is not just a way to secure a single sale; it is a way to create the conditions that allow you to repeat that success. One good day of sales does not constitute a sales system—and neither does a single successful salesperson who doesn't understand *why* they are succeeding. If you want repeatable sales, don’t just start with the process. Start with the people who have to carry it out. First, BE. Then, DO. Only then, HAVE. When your people and your system are aligned, sales are no longer a matter of chance. They become a repeatable process. Dragan Šibanc, Sales & HR Strategist, BE • DO • HAVE. P.S.
