Sales

Are you being copied? Great. You’re already winning.

Are you being copied? Great. That means you’re already winning. I remember my own beginnings. In 1996, I launched my first company with three employees. Nearly 30 years have passed since that initial concept. And it all began with an idea—an idea born from previous, smaller experiences, both creative and organizational. Yet, one thing has remained constant throughout these years: if you want to create something, you must know how to organize it. My work has always been focused on a single objective—better, optimal organization. From a simple "single-product sales" model to complex services, and now to what I call "well-being" products—how else could I ensure the long-term viability of a business? Organization, therefore, is the foundation. But even more important than organization is knowledge—the knowledge of the owner, the leader, the person guiding others. This has always been my primary focus. It makes no difference whether we are talking about an individual selling their own services or a company selling a structured product; three elements are always at play in the background:

structure

organization

energy

And energy always stems from a single source: the creator—the owner, the director, the leader. They are the ones who create the space, and the results always depend on how they occupy that space. What has changed over these 30 years? Honestly? Nothing fundamental. Businesses grow and they also close down. People come and go. Markets change. The essence of the universe does not change. It remains the same: BE • DO • HAVE. This is the cycle of action.

BE – the beginning (START / CREATION)

DO – change (CHANGE / ALTERATION)

HAVE – the result (STOP / completion of the cycle)

This is not a theory. This is life. And sales are part of this cycle. Therefore, regardless of the changes we implement, the things we copy, or the speed at which we aim to achieve something, everything naturally finds its way back—to the essence. And the essence is: BE • DO • HAVE. That is why we must not bring sales—or life—to a halt. The fact that the body undergoes a transformation we call "death" is merely our current understanding of it. The stable datum—the fundamental truth—is that nothing ever truly stops. We are the only ones who bring things to a stop, and even then, only temporarily. And, frankly, there is no need for that. When a salesperson understands that the essence of life is the constant act of creation, they win. If they do not grasp this, no strategy in the world will help them. You could write 1,000 pages of strategy for them and send them to the finest universities, but it wouldn't matter. Copying or authenticity? We live in an era of rapid "copy-paste" solutions. When ideas run dry, people look over their shoulders. They take a bit from here, a bit from there—and create "their own system." But the question remains: Do you truly *feel* the system? Does it strike a chord with you? Does something stir within, making you say, “This is it”? If not—then it’s not for you. It is NOT meant for you. The same applies to a product. If you don’t feel it, you won’t be able to sell it. If you don’t believe in it, you cannot convey that belief to others. The solution is simple: Learn. Understand. Ask questions if you don’t know. That’s what consultations, meetings, and training sessions are for. So, who should people trust? When the market becomes saturated with similar solutions, something interesting happens. People don’t buy the best product; they buy the one that is presented to them the most effectively. But… once they realize something is a copy, they start looking for the original source. And that’s where the game changes. If you operate from the source, you have an advantage. If you’re just copying, you’ll always be a step behind. Why ignore the copycats? Because authentic people don’t hide the source—they reveal it. And that is precisely what builds trust. If your product is good, if it provides help and delivers results, you have no reason to fear transparency. Your client won’t run away; on the contrary, they will trust you even more. In short, you must genuinely want to help your client—without any empty platitudes. Otherwise, the buyer will see right through you. Selling isn’t about forcing something on someone; it’s about offering help. Authenticity sells. Today, there are countless products out there—so much "reinventing the wheel." Yet, everyone sells it differently. What sets you apart isn’t the product; it’s *you*. Your interpretation. Your energy. Your authenticity. And this is what sells. The truth of the market: there will always be two groups of people:

Those who copy

Those who create

Some follow. Others move the world. If you don’t want to be part of the crowd, you have one task: stay true to yourself. Ask yourself: What is it that is truly, uniquely yours? That is where real selling begins. And what if they copy you? Don’t worry about it. But don’t stop, either. Give them even more. More ideas. More content. Let them copy away—they’ll never catch up, because they don’t understand the source. Sooner or later, the market will see the difference. That’s when it becomes clear: who is the creator, and who is merely a copy. That is victory. That is why you are the winners. That is why your product is authentic. That is why your approach to sales is different. And that is why the experience of working with you is something that simply cannot be copied. So, what is the source? You are the source. Self-trust is the source. Self-confidence. With one client—after an hour-long meeting filled with laughter, a variety of sales approaches, successful steps, and, above all, a genuine desire for improvement—one might ask: "If everything is fine, what is there to improve?" But that’s not true. There is always room for improvement. You just have to stick around long enough to discover it—though not *too* long. Eventually, the client will open up and say, "You know, actually, it would be good to work more on self-confidence." And that is exactly what we do. BE DO HAVE is about understanding yourself. What could be better than a salesperson who knows who they are, what they do, and how they will achieve their goals?
