We can collect data on you every time you contact us. For example, when you contact us regarding our activities, register as a supporter, send or receive information or sign a petition, you explicitly and knowingly provide your personal data. We can also obtain data on you from third persons, but only if you gave them the permission to exchange your data.

Complaints
If you’re not satisfied with the answer, contact us at office@psd-group.eu and write down the details of your concerns. The subject in the e-mail should read “COMPLAINT – subject of the complaint”. Your complaint will be reviewed and examined on whether correct procedures have been applied and we’ll respond to you accordingly. The examination will be done within 15 to 30 work days after the receipt of the complaint, but in some cases this may take longer. If you’re not satisfied with the answer, contact us by phone.
